60 minutes over a video call. We start with a review — what you've implemented since last time, what worked and what didn't. Then we take on a new topic: tackling your specific task or process with the help of AI. You leave with ready-made prompts, workflows or setups you can use right away.
Between sessions you can reach me over chat (Telegram, WhatsApp or email). Stuck on a prompt? Not sure which tool to use? Need a quick bit of advice? I reply within 24 hours on business days, usually much faster.
No. The mentoring is designed for leaders and managers, not programmers. If you can use email and a browser, you'll be fine. I explain everything in practical, plain terms — no technical jargon.
That's exactly what I recommend. A one-off consultation is the ideal way to get to know each other and find out whether mentoring makes sense for you. If you then decide on the monthly programme, we'll credit the consultation towards your first payment.
VIP adds frequency (4 sessions instead of 2), unlimited async support, a monthly team workshop for your team and strategic work on rolling AI out across the whole company. It's for those who want to transform not just themselves, but their entire organisation.
Mentoring is a continuous programme for individuals — regular 1-on-1 online sessions and long-term growth at your own pace. A workshop is a one-off team event: we come to your offices and, usually within half a day, get AI up and running across the whole team. They complement each other well — companies often start with a workshop, and managers then continue with mentoring.
The minimum commitment is 3 months — anything less doesn't make sense, because results only show with consistency. But if after the first month you see it isn't for you, we'll work something out individually. I don't want to keep anyone in something that isn't delivering value.
